Paired with roasted tomato & white truffle oil. PETIT BASQUE - This French sheep's milk cheese has a light butter color & a caramel aroma. It is semi soft with a taffy like texture & has an earthy nutty flavor. Paired with grain mustard & cornichon. DOUCEUR DU JURA - This French cow's milk cheese is soft ripened & extra creamy. It is wrapped in spruce bark to increase it's flavor. Paired with a spiced beer jelly	$10
